Your guides

You own what you write. You are responsible for its content and for who you share the link with: anyone with a guide link or QR code can read that guide. Don’t publish content that is illegal or that you don’t have the right to share.

Free plan

The free plan covers one guide, shown with a small “Made with Welcomefold” line. Free guides live inside their links, so they keep working as long as the Welcomefold guest page is online.

Pro

Pro is a one-off purchase for one guide (one listing). It removes the Welcomefold line and includes a live link with encrypted storage of the guide and an uploaded cover photo. The sale is made by Stripe through its Link service (Stripe Managed Payments). Stripe’s Link is the merchant of record (seller of record): it takes the payment, handles VAT and sales tax, and sends your receipt. The purchase shows as LINK.COM on your statement, and Link’s terms and Stripe’s consumer terms also apply to the payment. See our privacy policy for what Stripe receives. The price shown includes any VAT or sales tax.

We intend to run Welcomefold for many years. If we ever have to stop the live-link service, we will give Pro customers at least 6 months’ notice on the website and a way to export their guides as stand-alone links.

Refunds

If Pro doesn’t work for your guide, email us at welcomefold@qloovi.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Pro is switched off for that guide: its live link ends.

Fair use

Don’t use Welcomefold to send spam, host unrelated files, or attack the service. We may remove live guides that break these terms or the law.

No warranty

Welcomefold is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running and correct, but we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
